Ingredients: 12 eggs 2 cans evaporated milk 1 can condensed milk 1/2 kilo sugar
Directions: Drop 12 eggs in a bowl and slightly beat eggs to break the yolks. Add all the other ingredients. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved. Pass the mixture through a cheesecloth to remove some of the gelatinous material of the eggs Place in a molder (llanera) and steam until done.
Note: You can actually squeeze the mixture through the cheesecloth.
