Best food para sau..

at i-share mo na rin kung pano lutuin.. maging experiment man o hindi basta patok sa panlasa mo.

Try nyo 'to!

CHICKEN ADOBO WITH COCA COLA

Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs and 4 breasts (divided in half)
6 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 cup of Coca-Cola (8 ounces)
2 large bay leaves
6 potatoes (cut and peel)
1/2 sweet onion (slice in rings)
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
2 T. oil

Directions:
Wash chicken pieces
Brown meat for about 3 minutes in oil
When the chicken is a little golden, add onions and brown for 2 minutes
Add vinegar, bay leaves, soy sauce, oregano, garlic and potatoes and cook for 15 minutes
Add the Coca-Cola
Continue cooking in a very low flame until chicken is tender
Serve over steamed rice

try this..

PORK BINAGOONGAN

Ingredients:
1 lb. pork, cut into pieces
1/4 cup oil
1/2 garlic, crushed
1 onion, sliced thinly
1 large tomato, sliced
1/2 cup bagoong alamang
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cups water

Directions:
Fry pork pieces in hot oil. Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes after pork has browned. Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer until pork is tender. If desired, let water reduce.
Serve with rice.

Mechado kaya?

MECHADO (Filipino beef stew)

Ingredients:
1 k. beef (cut into pieces)
cooking oil
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 onion (sliced)
2 . potatoes (quartered)
1 carrot (cut round)
2 tbsps. lemon juice
2 tbsps. soy sauce, salt, peppercorn
1 cup tomato sauce
1 pc. Laurel
hot water

Directions:
Brown meat in cooking oil. set aside.
In same oil sauté garlic and onion. add lemon, soy sauce, peppercorn, tomato sauce, laurel and salt, simmer for a few minutes then add water. cover and simmer.
Add potatoes and carrot when meat is tender.

masarap pro mukhang mahirap..

FESTIVE MONGOLIAN BARBECUE RICE

Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup bean spouts
1 cup lechon sauce
2 tbsps. soy sauce
4 cups cooked rice
salt & pepper to taste
onios
garlic
chicken breast
shrimps
squid balls
carrots, green peas, red pepper

Directions:
In a wok, heat the cooking oil and saute the onions, garlic, chicken breast, shrimps and squid balls. Season lightly.
Add carrots, green peas and red pepper. Cook until the vegetables are crisp tender. Add the cabbage and beam sprout together with the lechon sauce and soy sauce.
Add the cooked rice and toss to blend well. Cook until hot. Season to taste.

2.open can
3.heat pan
4.pour cooking oil
5.saute onion
6. saute corned beef
7. READY TO SERVE!

1. boil water
2. open cup noodles
3. pour h2o
4. close the lid for 2-3 mins
5. LAMON!!!

LAING

Ingredients
40 taro root leaves (dahon ng gabi), chopped
1/2 lb. pork, chopped
1 tsp. ginger, finely chopped
siling labuyo according to taste (whole chili peppers)
2 tbsp. bagoong according to taste
3 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Place gabi on the bottom of cooking pot. Put the pork, ginger, coconutmilk and water on top and let boil until pork is tender. Add bagoong and siling labuyo, stirwell.

Note: To make the dish spicier, crush siling labuyo. Let cook for another 5 minutes.
